1. Private owner technology
The systems accessible through this sign-in surface are private owner technology of 1Life Technologies LLC. They are developed, operated, and maintained for authorized private use. They are not offered to the general public, not listed as a mass-market consumer application, and not an open platform for anonymous exploration.
Visibility of a login page on a network does not convert the System into a public good, a public API, or an invitation to the world at large.
2. Intellectual property — maximum reservation
Without limiting any other rights, the Company asserts and reserves all rights in:
- Software, source and object code, scripts, schemas, APIs, protocols, and build artifacts;
- User interfaces, visual design systems, information architecture, and interaction patterns;
- Data models, indexing methods, orchestration logic, routing rules, and operational playbooks;
- Artificial intelligence and machine-learning related components, prompts, configurations, evaluation harnesses, and agent infrastructure—whether developed internally or integrated under license;
- Documentation, brand assets, names, marks, and any non-public know-how embodied in the System;
- All compilations, selections, and arrangements of the foregoing, and all improvements and derivative works.
The foregoing may be protected as copyright, trade secrets, confidential information, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. No rights are waived by the mere availability of a sign-in page.
3. Trade secrets and intelligence assets
The Company treats non-public aspects of the System—including internal methods, architectures, integrations, performance characteristics, and operational intelligence—as trade secrets and confidential business information. Unauthorized acquisition, use, or disclosure of such information is prohibited and may give rise to civil remedies and, where applicable, criminal liability under trade secret and computer crime statutes.
This notice intentionally does not describe internal capabilities, customers, or operational detail. Silence is deliberate.
4. No reverse engineering; no model extraction
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe, fuzz, scrape, bulk extract, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, models, weights, prompts, rules, embeddings, schemas, or non-public interfaces—except only to the limited extent mandatory law forbids this restriction.
5. Export, sanctions, and lawful use
Authorized users are responsible for complying with applicable export control, sanctions, and computer-access laws. You may not use the System if doing so would violate law applicable to you or the Company.
6. Security research and “bug bounties”
There is no public bug bounty and no invitation to security research against this System without a written agreement from the Company. Unsolicited scanning, intrusion attempts, or social engineering will be treated as unauthorized access activity.
7. DMCA and IP complaints
Intellectual property concerns regarding materials controlled by the Company should be directed to 1Life Technologies LLC through authorized channels. This System is not a public hosting marketplace for third-party content discovery.
8. Enforcement
The Company will enforce its rights to the fullest extent of the law, including injunctive relief, damages, recovery of costs where available, and cooperation with law enforcement regarding unauthorized access or misappropriation of proprietary technology or confidential information.
9. Relationship to other agreements
If you have a separate written agreement with the Company (employment, contractor, NDA, or services agreement), that agreement controls to the extent of any conflict. These public notices set baseline terms for the sign-in surface and restate the private, proprietary character of the System.
10. No public offer
Nothing herein is an offer to license, sell, open-source, white-label, or otherwise make the System available to the public. Requests for access from unauthorized persons will be denied.
