1. Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to the private sign-in surface and related systems operated by 1Life Technologies LLC (“Company”). The System is not a public website or public app store product. It is available only to authorized users. This notice explains, at a high level, how the Company handles information in connection with authorized access.
2. Who this is for
If you do not have credentials issued or approved by the Company, you are not an intended user. Do not attempt to register, scrape, or submit personal information through unauthorized means. We do not solicit personal data from the general public via this interface.
3. Information we process
Depending on your authorization and use, the Company may process:
- Account identifiers — such as email address, name, role, and authentication materials (including passkey credential metadata);
- Session and security data — such as login times, device or browser characteristics needed for security, IP-related signals used for abuse prevention, and audit logs;
- Workspace content you choose to store — which may include personal or sensitive information you elect to enter; such content is processed to provide the private System to you and is subject to the Company’s access controls and internal policies;
- Operational telemetry — limited technical logs necessary to operate, secure, and improve reliability of private systems.
This notice does not publicly catalog product features or data domains. The Company treats the architecture and capabilities of the System as proprietary.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Authenticate and authorize access;
- Operate, secure, and maintain the System;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms;
- Carry out the private purposes for which you were authorized to use the System.
We do not sell personal information. We do not operate this interface as a public advertising platform.
5. Sharing
We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (for example infrastructure or security vendors), when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, and security of the Company, authorized users, and the System. We do not make the System’s contents available to the general public.
6. Security
The Company implements technical and organizational measures appropriate to a private proprietary system, including access control and authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; authorized users must protect their credentials and devices.
7. Retention
We retain account, security, and workspace data for as long as needed to operate the System for authorized users, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements—then delete or de-identify as appropriate under internal policy.
8. Your choices
Authorized users may request account updates or deletion through the Company’s authorized administrative channels, subject to legal retention requirements and security constraints. There is no public self-service registration or public data marketplace.
9. International users
The System may be hosted in the United States. If you access it from another jurisdiction, you understand that information may be processed in the U.S. under applicable law and the Company’s controls.
10. Contact
Privacy requests from authorized users should be directed to designated contacts at 1Life Technologies LLC. Unsolicited access requests from the public will not be granted.
