1. Nature of this system
This interface and all related systems, software, infrastructure, interfaces, configurations, documentation, and materials (collectively, the “System”) are private proprietary technology owned and controlled by 1Life Technologies LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). The System is not a public product, is not offered for general sale or open registration, and is not a consumer service. Access is granted only to specifically authorized individuals under separate arrangements with the Company.
Nothing on the sign-in page constitutes an offer to the public, a solicitation, a license grant, or permission to explore, test, scrape, or attempt entry without credentials issued by the Company.
2. Authorized access only
You may access the System only if (a) the Company has expressly authorized you, (b) you authenticate with credentials or cryptographic authenticators issued or approved for you, and (c) you remain in good standing under any applicable agreement, policy, or instruction from the Company.
Any attempt to access, probe, scan, enumerate, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the System without authorization is strictly prohibited and may violate computer-fraud, trade-secret, and related laws.
3. No public license; reservation of all rights
Except for the limited personal right to use the System as expressly authorized, no license—express, implied, by estoppel, or otherwise—is granted to any person or entity. All rights, title, and interest in and to the System, including all intellectual property and proprietary rights worldwide, remain solely with the Company and its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the System, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law that cannot be waived.
4. Confidentiality and non-disclosure
The System and all non-public information you observe through it—including interfaces, workflows, performance characteristics, configurations, integrations, documentation, and any outputs—are confidential and trade-secret protected. You will not disclose, publish, screenshot for third parties, demonstrate, or otherwise reveal the System or its operation to any unauthorized person.
5. Acceptable use
Without limitation, you will not:
- Share credentials or authenticators, or permit concurrent unauthorized use;
- Attempt to escalate privileges or access another user’s workspace;
- Introduce malware, automated scraping, load testing, or adversarial inputs intended to extract models, prompts, rules, or internal structures;
- Use the System to violate law, the rights of others, or any Company instruction;
- Represent the System as your product, open-source software, or a public platform.
6. No warranty
THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” FOR AUTHORIZED PRIVATE USE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM. THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
8. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected unauthorized use, security risk, or policy violation. Upon termination, your right to access ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, except where the Company seeks injunctive relief in any competent forum to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
10. Contact
Questions regarding these Terms should be directed to authorized contacts of 1Life Technologies LLC. Do not use public channels to request access; access is not available to the general public.
